This page says what we store, why, and what we never do with it — in plain words, because that is how we write everything.

If you fill in the contact form

We store exactly what you typed — your name, business, email and your answers — so we can reply to you and prepare for a call. It goes to us and nowhere else: no mailing list, no automated follow-ups, never shared or sold. If you never become a client we delete it once the conversation is over; just ask and it goes sooner.

If you are a client

Your dashboard reads data from the business tools you connect — your website statistics, your email platform, your bookings, your advertising accounts. We process that data on your behalf, to show you your own numbers and what to do about them. It includes personal data of your customers (for example, who booked a call with you), which is why a data-processing agreement is part of every client contract.

Three commitments that are built into the system, not just written here: our access to your tools is read-only — the system cannot change, delete or send anything in them; each client's dashboard is fully separate — no client can ever see another; and nothing is ever sent to your customers by us.

Where it lives

On our own server in the European Union. Nightly backups are encrypted before they leave that server, so the backup copy is unreadable without a key that only we hold. Backups are kept for 14 days, then deleted.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. The only cookies that exist are the ones that keep you signed in to your own dashboard.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion — write to us and we do it. When a client leaves, their data is deleted from the server; the encrypted backups age out within 14 days.

Questions about any of this: use the contact form on the front page.
