What this covers

These terms cover this website. If you become a client, your relationship with us is governed by the agreement you sign — that document always takes precedence over this page.

What the service is

Adamant connects to the business tools you authorise, reads your data, and presents analysis and recommendations. It reports what is measured; where something cannot be measured, it says so rather than estimating. Recommendations are decision support — business decisions, and their outcomes, remain yours.

Your dashboard access

Access links, keys and logins are personal to you and your team. Do not share them outside your business; tell us at once if you believe one has leaked and we will replace it. You may not attempt to access another client's dashboard, probe the system for weaknesses, or copy the product.

Fees

Fees are set out in your agreement: a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. Stopping is simple — the agreement says how, and what happens to your data when you do (short version: it is deleted).

Honesty about limits

The numbers shown come from your connected tools. Where a tool reports something wrongly, or a connection breaks, the dashboard shows what it can verify and flags what it cannot — but we cannot guarantee the tools themselves. We are not liable for decisions taken on numbers a connected platform mis-reported, and our total liability is capped as set out in your agreement.
